Brooke to Charlie -- I'm SOBER Too!!

Brooke Mueller finally has something in common with her estranged hubby Charlie Sheen -- they're BOTH officially sober ... TMZ has learned.



Sources close to the couple tell us ... at the same time Charlie learned he passed his drug test , Brooke also got the good news ... and we're told she tested "100 percent clean."

As we first reported, the drug test clears the way for Charlie to see his children again, we're told, but only with a monitor present.
