Charlie Sheen's Restraining Order to Be Dropped

For now, Charlie Sheen and his estranged wife won't be facing off in a family court after all.

Brooke Mueller had obtained a restraining order against Sheen back on March 1, which temporarily stripped him of custody of their twin boys, Bob and Max, 2.

But the order expires Tuesday and she won't be asking the judge for an extension.

"An attorney in the case asked that it be taken off the calendar," says L.A. Superior Court spokeswoman Elizabeth Martinez of the impending court date.

Mueller claimed in her filing that Sheen made death threats against her and that she feared he was mentally unstable.

But less than two weeks later, they announced they reached a confidential custody settlement.
