ISLAMABAD Feb 10 (Reuters) - A blast took place inside an army recruitment centre in northwest Pakistan on Thursday, causing several casualties, a police official said.

"There was a blast at a recruitment centre. We are checking reports. There are several casualties," the police official, Liaquat Ali, told Reuters. Witnesses said the explosion took place near a school.
