Charlie Sheen has been duking it out with CBS this past week, but reports that ABC conducted its own fight with the Oscars over the actor's upcoming interview on "20/20" are "not true," according to a network rep.

It was announced this weekend the news program llanded the first TV interview with the "Two and a Half Men" star since he unleashed vitriol on the show's producer, Chuck Lorre last week, which lead to execs canceling production on the show for the rest of the season.

Though Deadline.com reported that the Motion Picture Academy of Arts and Sciences did not want ABC to air promos of Sheen's interview during the Oscars Sunday night, a rep for ABC said two promos will in fact be running during the show.

Sheen was reportedly interviewed by "20/20" at his private gym with his trainer present and is set to address his history with substance abuse and his scuffle with CBS in the interview, which will air on "20/20" Tuesday and will be excerpted on “Good Morning America” Monday and Tuesday.

The 45-year-old actor made headlines last week after calling Chuck Lorre, the creator of his CBS sitcom, a "stupid, stupid little man" and a "contaminated maggot," and appeared to mock the exec’s Jewish birth name during a radio interview.

Following his tirade, CBS and Warner Bros. Television cancelled production of the show's latest season that was slated to start next week.

Though Sheen initially said he would report for work on Tuesday anyway, he later told Fox Sports Radio with Pat O'Brien he would go back to work unless "the turds" who ran the show were fired.

Meanwhile, he told TMZ on Saturday that he hoped to land $10 million for his memoir about his eight years on "Men."

Sheen also told "GMA" in a text message that he had a $5 million-per-episode deal for a half-hour show on HBO, but a spokesperson for the network said there was "no truth to the claim."

Sheen claimed in a message to People Magazine on Friday that he was clean and sober, despite his erratic rants.
