4 Rescued from Hoods of Cars in Brazil Floods

Sao Paulo: Civil defence Officials have been working round the clock in Brazil to rescue stranded due to the raging floods that have swept various parts of the country.
At least four different people, have been rescued from the hoods of their cars by helicopter near Santo Andres in Sao Paulo.
Heavy rainfall on Tuesday continued to cause severe flooding leaving several people stranded on major roadways. The situation has worsened as the Tamanduatei river in Sao Paolo is has broken it's banks.
Many cars could be seen floating along major roads with desperate drivers and passengers stranded in the water.
This latest rainfall and flooding comes nearly a week after 700 people died and at least 14 thousand were left homeless in the neighbouring state of Rio de Janeiro.
