Jose Serra blow to the head leads to confusion with members of the PT in Rio

The PSDB's candidate for president, Jose Serra, said he felt "groggy" after being hit on the head during a clash between militants of the PSDB and the PT. He went on a hike in Campo Grande in the west of the River
