Ryan Reynolds, Charlize Theron are the latest Hollywood hook-up

LOS ANGELES -- Ryan Reynolds has moved on from one blond beauty to another.

The 34-year-old has been dating Oscar winner Charlize Theron, 35, "for months," a source told US Weekly Wednesday.

"They're exclusive and it's very hush-hush," the source said.

Reynolds finalized his divorce from Scarlett Johansson, 26, earlier this month, after he finished publicity for his big role in this summer's "Green Lantern."

Though the movie did not fare well at the US box office, his new romance is apparently doing better. A witness spotted him leaving Theron's house last month.

Charlize Theron and Ryan Reynolds are reportedly dating.

Still, the source said not to expect to see the new pair stepping out in public together.

"She won't go to an event with him," the person said. "That's not her style."

Theron dated Irish actor Stuart Townsend for almost a decade until last year.
