GCCC offers free HIV testing for 'World AIDS Day'

Panama City - According to BASIC, a non profit organization that works with individuals who have either AIDS or HIV, there are over 500 people in Bay County with the disease. Communities across the globe focused their attention on the impact of HIV or AIDS on World AIDS Day.
