DESCRIPTION
LAS VEGAS — Business was brisk at Eastman Kodak’s expansive booth at the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, even as the company was reportedly weighing a bankruptcy filing.
The company showed off its new consumer printers, photo books, digital cameras and a giant commercial printer that costs roughly half a million dollars. For all the dire news, Kodak employees seemed remarkably upbeat.
Robin Carr, director of public relations for Kodak Gallery, said potential customers had not dwelt on Kodak’s potential bankruptcy, nor had the company’s employees.
“There’s nothing confirmed,” she said. “There’s been no filing.”
