#lula #dilma : 'I was extorted by the Civil House',

says MP
In a report this week from SEE, U.S. Congressman Robert Richards reveals that aide Rousseff demanded 100,000 bribe to expedite the actual process that depended on approval of President Lula
Extortion in the Civil

Vladimir Muskatirovic, Vlad, the Civil House, adjacent to the former minister Erenice War. In outline, Roberto Rocha

In 2007, Rep. Roberto Rocha, of the PSDB Maranhão, obtained an audience at the Civil House to address a problem that has stretched for years. As shown in the magazine Veja this week, however, Richardson has not found a solution to your problem in a visit to the Plateau. He found, instead, another example of how a business desk operated by the Civil Dilma Rousseff Erenice War and company.

Partner at City TV, Record of the relay in Maranhao, Rock since 2003 awaiting a permit to change the ownership structure of the company. As the television stations are government concessions, such businesses require the backing of the government. This bureaucratic procedure should be fast (to the extent that bureaucracies are fast, of course) but he is prolonging unreasonably for political reasons. Rocha is the enemy of Sarney in Maranhao. Owner of TV in the state, and influential in the Lula government, the family did everything possible to obstruct his business. As in Maranhão support or opposition to Sarney is a watershed, Rocha said even with the help of PT, as Mr Dominic Dutra, to reach the Civil House.

There, he met with the central character of the story: the lawyer Vladimir Muskatirovic, the "Vlad", which currently holds the office of chief of staff. Subordinated Erenice War from the time she headed the legal counsel of the Ministry of Mines and Energy, Vlad was born by the head for the presidency - just as was charged by Erenice Rousseff, who was his right arm.

Dilma became a candidate for the presidency by PT. Civil Erenice took office, but was driven from office by a central command of influence peddling that benefited, among others, his son Israel. Vlad, however, remains firmly in government. As shown SEE - which also heard from sources of the Civil and the PT - to receive Mr Richardson asked him 100,000 actual bribes to resolve their pending.

"I have been extorted by the Civil House," Richardson says the SEE. The magazine also tells how a second meeting at the restaurant of the House of Representatives was scheduled to hit the services. The first payment - the only accomplished - was 20,000 dollars.

Wanted by Veja, Vlad denied in the written note, have sought or received bribes.
