I
am not a Nikon (digital) owner but this camera looks interesting. It
is no D4 or D1x but the price is right at $3000. What surprises me is
the 51-point auto focus yet only 4 or 5 fps (depending on if you crop or
not, probably like the D4). I can't wait to see the photos from the
production camera.
All I know is this is an exciting, albeit, expensive time, to be a photographer. This camera coupled with the D4 as well as the Canon 1Dx are sure impressive and the likely future announcements about either a 5D Mark III and/or a 7D Mark II makes it all very exciting. Now if I could just win the lottery and get one of each and decide which one I like the most...
