The 2 hour ABC season finale of Grey's Anatomy presented viewers with some shocking final events as they now await the next season. The two episodes titled "Sanctuary" and "Death and All His Friends" showed off some fine acting skills as well as puzzled Grey's fans, making them wonder Who dies on Grey's Anatomy 2010 finale?

She hasn't told Derek yet, and unfortunately due to all of the traumatic incidents associated with the killer in the hospital, Meredith ends up having a miscarriage. We see her toss away a pregnancy test at the end of the show.
On these 2 particular episodes, a man named Mr. Clark began stalking the doctors and surgeons of the hospital, and ended up shooting quite a few before he was finally shot himself by the cops. The characters who got shot included Alex, Percy, Derek and Owen. Sandra Oh, as Cristina, performed the operation on the injured Derek in part 2 of the season finale.
Reed and Alex were both shot in the first part of the finale. Percy was also shot and ended up dying because he couldn't make it to the OR in time. Alex survived his ordeal thanks to Lexi and Sloan. Reed was shot in the head, so if anyone died it's her, even though characters come back all the time on TV. And what about Patrick Dempsey? Don't fret, because Derek luckily survived the surgery thanks to Dr. Yang, so have no fear McDreamy fans!
Kudos to Grey's Anatomy for having this sort of episode, with such unexpected twists and turns with the threat of a hospital gunman. It's something not seen often in medical dramas and made for a riveting TV event!
