After inspection, seven manholes in downtown Rio has 100% chance of exploding

The bottom of the Regional Council of Engineering, Architecture and Agronomy of Rio de Janeiro (CREA-RJ) who oversaw 21 manholes in downtown Rio, this Friday (8) indicates that, overall, seven of them have 100% chance to explode if any spark is lit near the culvert. Five are located in Uruguaiana Street, Seventh Street between September and Customs Street, and the other two are on the streets of the Assembly and seven in September.
