American adoptive 'mum' abandons Russian boy with 'mentally unstable' note

Artyom Hansen, who was formerly Savelyev, moved to America, only to be rejected by his adoptive mother six months later. She bought him a one-way ticket back to Russia, along with a note saying she didn't want him anymore.
