(Reuters) - Sony Corp said on Tuesday that a warehouse in north London has caught fire, damaging compact disks, DVDs and other content products.
A Sony spokeswoman said no injuries were reported from the fire in Enfield, also the site of scattered incidents on Sunday evening as riots spread from the deprived London neighbourhood of Tottenham over the fatal shooting of a man by armed police.
The spokeswoman said Sony was still gathering information, including on the extent of the damage and whether the fire had been extinguished.

West Ham, Charlton games off
London club's West Ham United and Charlton Athletic have postponed their Carling Cup matches following a request from the police amid riots in the capital.
The Hammers were set to host Aldershot at Upton Park while Reading were scheduled to travel to Charlton. However, both games have been called off, with police resources in London being affected by three days of rioting.
Crystal Palace are also set to play Crawley at Selhurst Park on Tuesday. That may also be affected, given the stadium is close to the scene of disorder in Croydon.
England are due to play a friendly international against Holland on Wednesday night at Wembley, a match which may also be impacted by the trouble in the capital.
West Ham's game was the first to go and the Hammers issued a statement that read: "The club were contacted this evening and told that all major public events in London were to be rearranged because of the need to focus police resources elsewhere.
"Whilst neither the club or police anticipate any issues around the game itself, the club has to comply with the police request. No date has yet been set for the rearranged match but the club will be in contact with the Football League and Aldershot.''
Charlton's Valley stadium is close to Lewisham where rioting occurred on Monday night, and shortly after West Ham's announcement came confirmation from the south London club that they too had been asked by police to play at a later date.
A statement on Charlton's website said: "Given the events in London, the police have taken the sensible decision and postponed the match at The Valley, with Greenwich Borough Police Commander Richard Wood advising the Addicks at 10.55pm on Monday that the match should be called off on safety grounds."
Addicks chief executive Stephen Kavanagh said: 'We've been monitoring the situation as it's been developing all evening and have been in constant contact with police. Clearly the most important factor is the people's safety. The police have told us they believe the match should be postponed on safety grounds and obviously we have taken that advice.''
215 arrested in London riots

BEIJING, Aug. 9 (Xinhuanet) -- Violence has continued in London for a third day, as rioters clashed with police in the eastern neighborhood of Hackney. It followed a weekend of unrest in various locations across the city in which more than 200 people were arrested.
Shop windows have been smashed, polices vans attacked, and cars set ablaze in Hackney.
Police have also come under fire from projectiles including petrol bombs.
Trains are not stopping at Hackney Central Station and no buses are going to the areas of Lewisham or Peckham in the south of the city, due to the riots.
Police are trying to contain the violence after two nights of rioting and looting on the streets of London.
Britain's Home Secretary Theresa May said the violence was totally unacceptable.
She said, "Let me absolutely clear, those responsible for this violence and looting, will be made to face the consequences of their actions. So far there have been at least 215 arrests and 27 people have been charged , but as the police take statement from witnesses, as they look at CCTV evidence, then more arrests will be made."
Police say the youngest person charged with an offence so far is an 11-year-old boy accused of burglary, while about 100 of those arrested are under the age of 21.
The unrest in London was sparked by a police shooting last week, but some blamed unemployment, insensitive policing and opportunistic looting for the worst violence the city has seen in years.
