Ciudad de México • Hoy en las redes sociales los rumores sobre la ruptura sentimental de la colombiana Shakira y el español Gerdad Piqué se convirtieron en Trending Topic general. Los usuarios de Twitter hicieron todo tipo de bromas, comentarios y especulaciones sobre la pareja que ha tenido una gran cobertura mediática desde el inicio de su relación.
Hoy por la tarde, la creadora de “Las de la intuición”, escribió un mensaje en Twitter en el que dejo en claro la continuidad de su relación con el futbolista.
“Suerte a la selección española esta semana y a mi número 3, muah! @3gerardpique . Shak”, fueron las palabras que Shakira dedicó a su novio.
Justo antes, la cántate escribió un segundo mensaje para que sus millones de seguidores vieran el nuevo video de Calle 13 “Latinoamérica”, el cual Rene Pérez agradeció en su propia cuenta. Los cantantes trabajaron juntos en el tema “Gordita”, incluido en el más reciente disco de la colombiana “Sale el sol”.

Una supuesta infidelidad del futbolista Gerard Piqué a la cantante colombiana Shakira fue señalado como el motivo de la separación entre ambos; sin embargo, esa información no ha sido confirmada por ninguno de los dos implicados e incluso ella le envió un mensaje cariñoso por Twitter.

La revista TV Notas difundió que el jugador del Barcelona habría engañado a la intérprete de Rabiosa con una mujer menor.
Según la publicación, la supuesta infidelidad fue el motivo por el que de unas semanas a la fecha la pareja desapareció de la agenda pública, cuando antes se les veía derramando miel en todas partes.
Fue tal el revuelo causado que el tema se convirtió en uno de los más comentados en la red social Twitter.
Sin embargo, mediante esa misma red, la colombiana dedicó un mensaje a su novio:
"Suerte a la selección española esta semana y a mi número 3, muah! @3gerardpique . Shak"
El jefe de prensa de Shakira en Colombia, Rodrigo Beltrán, dijo a la agencia EFE que lo de la ruptura entre el futbolista y la cantante es falso. "Ellos siguen juntos y están muy bien", aseguró.

El desmentido se da porque hace varias horas comentarios de prensa de Europa y América Latina, al igual que las redes sociales, ventilan esa versión "que no es cierta" , añadió Beltrán.

No pasaron más de unas horas desde el anuncio del presunto rompimiento entre el defensa del Barcelona Gerard Piqué y la cantante colombiana Shakira cuando las redes sociales ya se encontraban llenas de chistes y comentaros humorísticos referentes al rompimiento.
La pareja, que lleva unos meses de relación, habría terminado su noviazgo porque Piqué cambió a Shakira, muchos años mayor que él, por una mujer más joven.
Entre los comentarios publicados en la red se encuentran los siguientes:

New iPhone 4S to use Bluetooth 4.0

Apple's just-announced iPhone 4S is the first iPhone to utilize the Bluetooth 4.0 specification (though it is already in use in the latest MacBook Air and Mac mini), which focuses on making the wireless protocol use dramatically less power, and offers lower latency and tougher encryption. The standard Bluetooth used in most recent Apple devices is now referred to as "classic" Bluetooth, while the new 4.0 specification features the option of using as little as one one-hundredth as much power in its most idle state.
Overall, the low-power variant uses less than half the energy of classic Bluetooth, leading to the development of single-mode chips (less expensive but limited to low-power mode only) or dual-mode chips (which can switch back to classic Bluetooth whenever needed). Apple is using dual-mode chips for the iPhone 4S, as it has done with the previous Mac models that use it.

The newer technology also lowers the latency of Bluetooth down to six milliseconds compared to the current 100ms, making Bluetooth much more viable for multimedia use when synchronization is vital. Bluetooth 4.0 also ramps up security, improves robustness of signal and reduces even peak power consumption by one-third, down to less than 20 milliamps in some devices. In standby mode, a Bluetooth 4.0 chip could run off a coin-sized feature-phone battery for over a year.

The new protocol's low "pulsing" method of communication is expected to be of even more benefit to small accessories or appliances that could use Bluetooth to communicate wirelessly. It is expected to open up a wide range of new Bluetooth-enabled devices, from medical sensors and "find me" type applications to more detailed exercise-statistic apps and even proximity alarms that could deter theft.

Among the manufacturers of dual-mode Bluetooth controllers are Atheros, CSR, Broadcom and Texas Instruments. A teardown of components in the new iPhone 4S should reveal exactly which vendor Apple went with for its dual-mode Bluetooth technology.

Single-mode Bluetooth chips, which can be used in a wide variety of other devices but are not well suited to audio use, make a few compromises to lower cost (such as not being voice capable). Single-mode Bluetooth chips lower the working range down from 330 feet to 160 ft, along with a slower over-the-air data rate (1Mb per second steady rather than 1-3Mb per second in classic Bluetooth) and lower application throughput (0.26Mb per second rather than 0.7-2.1Mb per second). None of these limitations are serious concerns for most Bluetooth-enabled accessory devices.

The use of Bluetooth 4.0, despite its own lower battery usage, does not appear to have significantly improved the iPhone 4S's reported battery life. Although Apple has raised the average talk time on the new phone up to eight hours (up from seven on the iPhone 4) on 3G, Apple now rates standby time on the 4S as 200 hours (down from 300 hours on the iPhone 4), and typical internet use at 9 hours (down from 10 hours on the iPhone 4). The revised figures could simply be down to more accurate reporting based on real-world experience with the iPhone 4.

O Shopping Center Norte divulgou na noite desta terça-feira (4) uma circular aos lojistas informando que o shopping da Zona Norte de São Paulo não abrirá as portas nesta quarta (5). A decisão foi tomada após a 7ª Vara da Fazenda Pública de São Paulo reverter à tarde a liminar que mantinha aberto o shopping. A Prefeitura de São Paulo, por meio da Procuradoria Geral do Município (PGM), apresentou petição pedindo que o juiz reconsiderasse a decisão.
O subprefeito da Vila Maria-Vila Guilherme, José Luiz Sanches Verardino, e três servidores da Secretaria do Verde e do Meio Ambiente fizeram uma reunião com a administração do shopping na noite desta terça. Questionado por uma lojista na saída do encontro, Verardino disse apenas que "ficou acertado o fechamento" para esta quarta. Ele saiu sem falar com os jornalistas.

Na circular, o shopping disse que "é importante ressaltar que a decisão judicial não refere à existência de perigo iminente de explosão". "O shopping continuará a tomar todas as medidas cabíveis para continuar com suas portas abertas e funcionando regularmente", segundo o comunicado.
Em nota divulgada à imprensa após a circular, o shopping disse que "concluirá, o mais rapidamente possível, as obras de implantação de todo o sistema de mitigação dos gases, com a instalação de dez drenos, um a mais que o exigido pelo Termo de Ajustamento de Conduta assinado com o Ministério Público e a Cetesb".
No dia 29, uma liminar garantiu a abertura do centro comercial, que deveria fechar no dia seguinte por determinação da Prefeitura, que alega risco de explosão.

A Prefeitura informou na noite desta terça que "determinou que técnicos e fiscais tomem as providências cabíveis".
Segundo nota divulgada na segunda-feira (3) pela Prefeitura, o pedido de reconsideração foi feito ao juiz "em função da gravidade da contaminação ambiental e com base em item do Termo de Ajustamento de Conduta (TAC), que permite expressamente a intervenção do município".
O shopping, de acordo com a Cetesb, corre risco de explosão por causa do vazamento de gás metano, proveniente do lixo sobre o qual o estabelecimento foi construído. A Prefeitura determinou o fechamento do Center Norte até que fossem executadas obras para eliminar o risco de explosão.

O Shopping Center Norte diz que o gás metano está localizado abaixo do piso do prédio, “ou seja, na camada de terra abaixo do piso de concreto de até 70 cm, onde as condições para que ocorra uma explosão são remotas”. O Center Norte ressalta que, em 27 anos de existência, “jamais registrou qualquer incidente em suas instalações relativo a questões ambientais”.

Grávida de quatro meses de seu primeiro filho, Luana Piovani apareceu na pré-estreia do filme "Meu País" nesta terça-feira, dia 4, no Kinoplex Leblon, no Rio de Janeiro.

O longa-metragem é protagonizado por Rodrigo Santoro, ex-namorado da atriz. Os dois foram namorados durante três anos até que ela "ficou" publicamente com o empresário baiano Cristiano Rangel, em 2000.

Em entrevista concedida à "GQ" brasileira no início do ano, a loira disse que se arrepende de tudo ter acontecido daquela forma, mas garantiu que não carrega mais nenhuma culpa.

Luana foi à prèmiere sem o atual namorado, o surfista Pedro Scooby. Sabrina Sato e Mirella Santos também marcaram presença, além do elenco de peso.

No Twitter, Luana Piovani limitou-se a elogiar apenas Débora Falabella, estrela da história ao lado de Santoro. "Meu País no Shopping Leblon! Estreia now da musa-porcelana, minha amada, Debora Falabella. Amo filme bom", declarou.

STF: assassino de Tim Lopes não verá família

Decisão acontceu nesta terça-feira; homem perdeu o direito de visitar familiares

A Primeira Turma do STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal) negou nesta terça-feira pedido de um dos assassinos do jornalista Tim Lopes para visitar periodicamente sua família. Cláudio Orlando do Nascimento, conhecido como Ratinho, tem mais de 40 anos de pena para cumprir e teve progressão para o regime semiaberto em 2008. Os ministros do STF entenderam, no entanto, que o direito a visitar a família não é automático nesses casos.

O habeas corpus que chegou ao STF contestava decisão do Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ), que também havia negado o direito à visita. De acordo com o voto do relator do caso no STF, ministro Luiz Fux, apesar de Nascimento já ter cumprido um sexto da pena, “a barbaridade que envolveu esse fato [assassinato de Tim Lopes]” não permite que ele tenha direito de ver a família.

Em julho de 2007, Elizeu Felício de Souza, o Zeu, obteve o benefício e fugiu. Outro condenado pelo crime, Ângelo Ferreira da Silva, também aproveitou a possibilidade de trabalhar fora do presídio no regime semiaberto para fugir no ano passado.

No caso de Ratinho, a Justiça fluminense entendeu que a concessão da visita periódica importaria no retorno prematuro de um interno perigoso ao convívio da sociedade livre, sem garantia de que ele retornaria ao cumprimento da pena. As demais instâncias seguiram esse entendimento.

O Código Penal permite que o condenado em regime semiaberto cumpra a pena em colônia agrícola, industrial ou estabelecimento similar, ficando sujeito ao trabalho em comum durante o período diurno. Ele também pode realizar trabalho externo, inclusive na iniciativa privada, admitindo-se também a frequência a cursos de instrução ou profissionalizantes.

O jornalista Tim Lopes, da TV Globo, foi morto em junho de 2002, quando fazia uma reportagem sobre exploração sexual infantil na Favela da Grota, no conjunto de favelas do Alemão, no subúrbio do Rio.

'Crime da orgia': jovem volta aos EUA

A estudante americana Amanda Knox chegou nesta terça-feira à cidade de Seattle, um dia após ser declarada inocente, na Itália, do assassinato, em 2007, de sua companheira de quarto.

O voo da British Airways trazendo a jovem de 24 anos e sua família pousou no Aeroporto Internacional Seattle-Tacoma em meio a severas medidas de segurança e sob o olhar de centenas de jornalistas.

Amanda, que nasceu em Seattle, foi condenada a 26 anos de prisão por um tribunal italiano, mas apelou da sentença e obteve a liberdade nesta segunda-feira. A jovem americana e seu então namorado, Raffaele Sollecito, tinham sido condenados em primeira instância pelo assassinato da britânica Meredith Kercher na noite de 1º de novembro de 2007. Os dois sempre alegaram inocência.

Meredith Kercher, estudante de Leeds de 21 anos, foi encontrada parcialmente despida em uma poça de sangue, com o corpo retalhado por 43 facadas. A necropsia indicou que ela também havia sido violentada.

Segundo a acusação, Amanda e Sollecito mataram Meredith, enquanto Rudy Guédé, um marfinense condenado a 16 anos de prisão em um processo separado, segurava a jovem vítima, porque a mesma se recusara a participar de uma orgia. Todos estariam sob o efeito de drogas e álcool.

Ao desembarcar em Seattle, Amanda falou pela primeira vez sobre sua absolvição. Segurando as lágrimas, agradeceu a todos que acreditaram em sua inocência.

"O importante, para mim, é simplesmente agradecer a todos que acreditaram em mim, os que me defenderam, os que apoiaram minha família", disse. "Olhava para baixo de dentro do avião, e me parecia que nada era real (...) Minha família é o mais importante para mim agora. Só quero estar com eles."

O advogado da família, Theodore Simon, disse ter sido "uma árdua e penosa maratona de pesadelos de quatro anos, que nenhum jovem ou pai merece suportar (...) A família Knox mostrou uma paciência inquestionável e incomparável, uma valentia inalterável, dignidade, resistência e força, mas, principalmente, contou com sua fé em que essa condenação injusta não seria confirmada."

Brasileiro não confia em partidos e no Congresso

Pesquisa divulgada pelo Ibope mostra quais são as 'instituições' mais confiáveis para a população

Em meio às denúncias de casos de corrupção que dominam o noticiário, a população brasileira indica que confia menos em partidos políticos e no Congresso Nacional do que em 16 instituições, segundo o Índice de Confiança Social, elaborado pelo Ibope Inteligência e divulgado nesta segunda. A polícia, escolas públicas ou Forças Armadas, por exemplo, são mais confiáveis do que as instituições políticas. Numa escala de zero a cem, os partidos políticos obtiveram a pior nota (28), enquanto os Bombeiros tiveram a melhor (86) pela terceira vez consecutiva.

A pesquisa é feita anualmente pelo instituto desde 2009 e tem o objetivo de acompanhar a relação de confiança da população com as organizações e pessoas de seu convívio social. Os entrevistados são perguntados sobre grupos como a família e amigos e empresas - consideradas uma "instituição" pela pesquisa. Confira os resultados da pesquisa no quadro ao lado.

A composição do índice é feita utilizando-se uma escala de quatro pontos, em que é possível o entrevistado avaliar cada ponto com "muita confiança, alguma confiança, quase nenhuma confiança ou nenhuma confiança".

A instituição presidente da República obteve um índice de 66 pontos em 2009, passou para 69 em 2010 e em 2011, primeiro ano de mandato de Dilma Rousseff, caiu para 60. Embora tenha diminuído, o índice é muito superior ao do Congresso Nacional (35) e o dos partidos políticos (28).

Com menos pontos do que os Bombeiros, em um segundo patamar aparecem as igrejas e as Forças Armadas, ambas com 72 pontos.

A população brasileira está menos confiante no sistema público de saúde, nas escolas públicas e nos meios de comunicação. O grupo social de maior confiança é a família (90), seguido de amigos (68), cidadãos do país (60) e vizinhos (59). Na análise dos três anos, a instituição sistema público de saúde foi a que apresentou maior queda.

Almeida Prado: Aposentada não sabe que filho matou duas irmãs em Jaú (SP)

A aposentada Anna Pacheco de Almeida Prado, 89, pode não saber que seu filho Francisco Miranda de Almeida Prado, 59, havia matado suas irmãs --Ana Cecília, 60, e Ana Carolina, 66. Após o crime, Prado atirou contra sua própria cabeça.


Anna é testemunha do crime do próprio filho. Ela recolheu a arma --um revólver calibre 38 com três balas a menos no tambor-- próximo ao corpo dele e logo foi internada em estado de choque.
Segundo a polícia, a aposentada --que teve alta nesta terça-feira (4)-- só deve ser ouvida nos próximos dias.
O crime ganhou repercussão nacional por dois motivos: envolve um dos sobrenomes mais tradicionais do Estado de São Paulo, a família Almeida Prado --uma das pioneiras de Jaú (287 km de SP)-- e pode ter sido provocado por uma briga motivada por herança familiar.
"Não a chamei ainda para depor porque não sei como está [o estado de saúde de Anna Pacheco]. Talvez nem saiba das mortes", afirmou à Folha nesta terça à noite o delegado responsável pelo caso, Euclides Salviato.
Segundo ele, Anna estava presente na casa deles quando o aposentado deu os três disparos.
DESESPERO
Um policial militar que acompanhou a idosa à Santa Casa da cidade contou que por diversas vezes ela perguntou sobre o estado de saúde dos filhos. "Ela estava achando que eles seriam socorridos ainda", contou ele, que se apresentou à reportagem apenas como cabo Luiz.
Desesperada na hora do crime, ela chegou a tirar o revólver calibre 38 de perto do filho morto. "No momento de nervosismo, ela disse que escondeu a arma com medo que ele [Francisco] pudesse fazer mais alguma coisa."
Anna teve alta da Santa Casa somente às 9h55 desta terça-feira. O delegado afirmou que esperava ouvir o depoimento dela para confirmar se o motivo da briga foi realmente a divisão da herança.
Segundo Salviato, a PM informou ter ouvido de Anna que a partilha dos bens causou a desgraça. À Folha, porém, cabo Luiz disse não ter ouvido isso da aposentada.
Apesar de trabalhar com essa hipótese, a polícia não tem conhecimento ainda de quais são os bens da família.
"Certamente deve haver imóveis", afirmou Salviato.
À reportagem vizinhos disseram que eles não são ricos. "São família simples", afirmou um deles, que, como vários outros moradores da cidade, não quis se identificar.
Segundo a polícia, outros disseram que havia uma relação harmoniosa entre eles.
DEPOIMENTO
Nesta quarta-feira (5), o delegado pretende ouvir um quarto filho de Anna, o advogado João Batista de Miranda Prado Neto, que mora em Lençóis Paulista (também 287 km de SP) e não estava em casa no momento da briga, ainda de acordo com a polícia.
"Vamos perguntar ao irmão quando a mãe poderá falar com a gente", afirmou o delegado Salviato.
A Folha tentou ouvir parentes das vítimas em Jaú, mas ninguém quis dar entrevistas sobre o caso.

Pirates Of The Caribbean star Johnny Depp has sparked controversy after comparing photo shoots to 'being raped'.
The 48-year-old, who is one of the highest paid actors in the world raking in a whopping $50 million last year, made the comments while complaining about the downside of fame.
The statement, made in the new issue of Vanity Fair, has outraged anti-sexual violence groups.

'You just feel like you're being raped somehow,' he said. 'Raped... It feels like a kind of weird... just weird, man.'
Clearly not a fan of the process, he then went on to call them 'dumb' and 'stupid'.
'Whenever you have a photo shoot or something like that, it's like... you just feel dumb. It's just so stupid,' he told the publication.
RAINN, the Rape And Incest National Network, have now been left outraged by comments made by the actor.
A spokeswomen for the organisation, Katherine Hull, told RadarOnline.com that they would love a  chance to speak to Depp and 'educate him about the real life experience faced by survivors every day.'

'While photos may feel at times intrusive, being photographed in no way compares to rape, a violent crime which affects another American every 2 minutes,' Hull told the website.
'RAINN welcomes the opportunity to speak with Mr. Depp and educate him about the real life experiences faced by survivors every day, and ways that he can work with RAINN to help.'
Depp isn't the first star to make the contrast; Twilight's Kristen Stewart made a similar comparison whilst talking about being photographed by the paparazzi.
'I feel like I'm looking at someone being raped. A lot of the time I can't handle it. I never expected that this would be my life,' she said.
'What you don't see are the cameras shoved in my face and the bizarre intrusive questions being asked, or the people falling over themselves, screaming and taunting to get a reaction.
'All you see is an actor or a celebrity lit up... Your little persona is made up of all the places that people have seen you and what has been said about you.'
She too came under-fire from advocacy groups, and later said she was 'sorry' for her comments. 

'I really made an enormous mistake – clearly and obviously. And I'm really sorry about my choice of words,' she said.
Depp is no stranger to making controversial comments.
In 2003, he told Germany's Stern magazine that he thought his native country, the United States, was also 'dumb'.
'America is dumb, is something like a dumb puppy that has big teeth — that can bite and hurt you, aggressive,' he said.
Following the printed interview, Depp said that his quotes were take out of context, but the magazine upheld the story.
Likewise CNN also stood by their own story, in which they added another quote reportedly made by the actor stating that he wanted his young children 'to see America as a toy, a broken toy. Investigate it a little, check it out, get this feeling and then get out.'

Later Depp contested ensuing media reports that dubbed the actor a 'European wannabe'.

In his latest interview with Vanity Fair, the actor also revealed that he attended Scientology study classes after moving to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career, because they paid $3 a session for  people to sit through them.
'I went to a bunch, man. It was so great, it was so fantastic,' Depp said in the interview.

Between May 2010 and May 2011, Depp earned $50 million, and the year before he earned $75 million, landing him second on the list of this year's Forbes Highest Paid Actors List, after Leonardo DiCaprio.
Depp is currently filming Tim Burton's Dark Shadows.
He plays vampire Barnabas Collins in the film based on the the 60′s daily supernatural series of the same name.
It tells the story of Barnabas, a tortured vampire who is searching for his long lost love.
Barnabas was a wealthy playboy in Collinsport, Maine and master of Collinwood Manor in the 18th century.

He’s Hollywood’s best-paid actor, but he doesn’t have to like it: “Basically, if they’re going to pay me the stupid money right now, I’m going to take it,” he says in Vanity Fair’s November issue. “I have to. I mean, it’s not for me. Do you know what I mean? At this point, it’s for my kids. It’s ridiculous, yeah, yeah. But ultimately is it for me? No. No. It’s for the kids.” He admits, with much difficulty, that there is also “a part of me that needs to have this kind of stimulation to the brain.” (Depp is ever mum on the size of his Pirates ransom, but a report this summer cited his total take in the $300 million range, due to a gross-profit-sharing deal brokered with Disney. The four-film franchise has tallied $3.7 billion to date in worldwide receipts.)
But Nick Tosches, Depp friend of a decade and writer of this month’s cover profile, says the Rum Diary actor is “the same old Johnny” who pumped gas to make ends meet and for a period attended Scientology study groups because they paid $3 per meeting. “I went to a bunch, man. It was so great, it was so fantastic,” Depp says. Today, compliments from rock idols mean more to the actor than cash. During the interview, Tosches shared with Depp that their mutual buddy Keith Richards, the professed inspiration behind Captain Jack Sparrow, had “beautiful things to say” about Depp’s singing in Sweeney Todd. “He never told me that,” Depp says, touched. 'She's hovering around the 7 stone mark': Cheating rumours take their toll on Demi Moore as her weight plummets

The stresses of revelations about her husband's alleged infidelities appear to be taking their toll on Demi Moore.
According to a recent report the actress' weight has plummeted in recent weeks, apparently dropping to just 7 stone.
The weight loss has been evident in recent pictures of the 48-year-old who appears to be far slimmer than she was a year ago.

Demi stands at 5'5", so if reports are correct and she's just 7 stone, she's well under weight for her height.
A story in Grazia magazine makes the claims, using quotes from a witness who allegedly saw Demi at a cancer fundraiser event in New York.
The source alleged: 'She looked so scarily skinny. Her hip bones were jutting out so much, you could see the outline under her dress. She made Jennifer Aniston look big.'
The magazine then quotes an apparent friend, who claims: 'She's hovering around the 7st mark at the moment.'

Demi's marriage to funnyman Ashton has hit the rocks after allegations concerning his alleged cheating.
A witness present at the actor's lavish San Diego hotel suite on the night he is alleged to have cheated on Demi claims Kutcher yelled for vodka as he languished naked in a hot tub with four similarly bare young women.
The 33-year-old actor should've been preparing to celebrate his sixth wedding anniversary with Moore, 48.
But instead its claimed he enjoyed the company of 23-year-old Texan Sara Leal, with whom he is alleged to have had sex that night in his suite.

Jacques Du Toit, a South African yacht worker, described the sordid scene at the £2,500-a-night ‘top of the rock’ Diamond Suite at the Hard Rock Hotel, to a friend.
Du Toit told close friend Gavin Naumoff, 23 , how he hot-footed to the 1,200 sq ft suite, which features an outdoor jacuzzi, after his girlfriend told him she was attending a party in Kutcher's suite on September 23rd.
'He was concerned,' explained party promoter Naumoff to the Mail on Sunday.
'Jacques is the boyfriend of one of the girls partying with Sara that night, Alexis. He wanted to make sure she was behaving herself.'

But The Mail revealed that it was the pretty blonde from small town McAllen in Texas, who stayed behind that night, before going on to uncover the humble origins that propelled her into the seedy set-up with the married millionaire.
Naumoff recalled the scene that night as Du Toit painted it: 'Alexis told him Ashton’s room number and when he got there, a bodyguard was at the door who said it was a private party. Jacques explained he was the boyfriend of one of the girls and was let in.
‘He found Ashton in a hot tub on the balcony with Alexis, Sara, a girl called Katie and another girl called Marta. They were all naked. Ashton invited Jacques to join them in the tub.
Apparently, Ashton said, 'Yo, where’s the vodka at?' and Jacques was like, ‘'It’s over there but I’m not going to get it.' So Ashton gets out to get the vodka and that’s when Jacques saw he was butt naked.’

The alleged sexual encounter took place that night after everyone except Sara and her friend Marta had left.
‘Sara is telling everyone 100 per cent that she and Ashton had sex,’ claimed Naumoff.
‘Jacques and Alexis are two of my best friends and Sara is a good friend. If she says she slept with him then I think she’s telling the truth.’
Naumoff, who arranges for good looking girls to be shipped to certain hotspots,  also told the newspaper: 'Sara’s a great girl. My job is to round up hot girls and bus them into clubs in San Diego or Vegas.
The girls get free booze, food, whatever, and they attract rich and famous guys to the clubs. It’s a two-way street. The girls get to meet rich men and the guys get what they want.’
'Which is? ‘Sex, obviously.’
Leal is yet to speak out publicly about the alleged incident but she has already retained a high powered attorney.  He has so far declined to respond to any media calls about his client.
She is reportedly letting it be known that she won't 'spill the beans' on Kutcher for less than $250,000, but is hoping she will receive a similar offer from Kutcher to fade away.
