Um funcionário da Universidade Federal do Ceará é o servidor mais bem pago do Poder Executivo federal com rendimento mensal de R$ 46.430,42, informou hoje o Ministério do Planejamento em portaria publicada no "Diário Oficial" da União desta terça-feira.
Um decreto de 2000 obriga o ministério a publicar, a cada quatro meses, os valores do maior e do menor salário dos ministérios, fundações, agências, universidades e outras entidades sob administração federal. O levantamento divulgado hoje mostra que o menor salário está no Comando do Exército, onde um funcionário recebe R$ 823,14 mensais. A média salarial é de R$ 4.000.
A tabela, feita com base em informações do Siape (sistema que administra o funcionalismo federal), revela que cinco servidores recebem acima do teto de R$ 25.725, correspondente ao dos ministros do STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal). O ministério explica que isso se deve ao pagamento de sentenças judiciais.
O servidor da universidade do Ceará tem remuneração básica de R$ 18.975,05, mas uma decisão judicial incorpora R$ 27.455,37 ao salário dele. Mesmo com um corte mensal de R$ 9.294,32, o funcionário recebe R$ 37.136,10.
Também ganham acima do teto um funcionário do Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica da Paraíba (R$ 33.232,39), um da Universidade Federal do Acre (R$ 32.202,63), um da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (R$ 28.732,27) e um da Universidade Rural Federal do Rio de Janeiro (R$ 28.251,78).
O levantamento divulgado traz apenas os valores brutos sem contar os descontos de impostos e contribuições.
O Presidente Luís Inácio Lula da Silva, junto com o Ministro do Planejamento (Paulo Bernardo) definiram neste final de tarde de terça-feira, 22/12/2009, o novo valor do salário Mínimo.
O novo salário, que passa a valer a partir do mês de janeiro de 2010 (recebimento em fevereiro) é de R$510,00.
Apesar da proposta inicial de aumento do salário fosse para R$507,00, Lula e Bernardo decidiram aumentar para R$510,00 até para facilitar a vida dos aposentados na hora do saque do benefício.
Este novo valor do benefício custará ao governo cerca de 4,6 bilhões a mais nas contas da Previdência.
Salário família é um benefício que o Governo concede a trabalhadores de baixa renda, com remuneração mensal de até R4 752,12, para auxiliar no sustento dos seus filhos de até 14 anos de idade ou inválidos de qualquer idade.
Para quem recebe até R$ 500,41, o valor do salário-família é de R$ 25,66 por filho. Trabalhadores que recebem de R$ 500,41 a R$ 752,12, o valor do benefício é de R$ 18,08 por filho de até 14 anos de idade ou inválidos de qualquer idade.
Quem tem direito ao salário-família: Trabalhadores empregados, aposentados ou avulsos, que recebem renda mensal de até R$ 710,08.
Quem não tem direito ao salário-família: Empregados domésticos, contribuintes individuais, segurados especiais e facultativos.
O benefício será automaticamente encerrado quando o filho completar 14 anos de idade.

Os valores pagos pelo Programa Bolsa Família variam de R$22,00 (vinte e dois reais) a R$200,00 (duzentos reais), de acordo com a renda mensal por pessoa da família e com o número de crianças e adolescentes de até 15 anos e de jovens de 16 e 17 anos.
O Programa Bolsa Família tem três tipos de benefícios: o Básico, o Variável e o Variável Vinculado ao Adolescente.
O Benefício Básico, de R$ 68 (sessenta e oito reais), é pago às famílias consideradas extremamente pobres, aquelas com renda mensal de até R$ 70 (setenta reais) por pessoa (pago às famílias mesmo que elas não tenham crianças, adolescentes ou jovens).
O Benefício Variável, de R$ 22,00 (vinte e dois reais), é pago às famílias pobres, aquelas com renda mensal de até R$ 140,00 (cento e quarenta reais) por pessoa, desde que tenham crianças e adolescentes de até 15 anos. Cada família pode receber até três benefícios variáveis, ou seja, até R$ 66,00 (sessenta e seis reais).
O Benefício Variável Vinculado ao Adolescente (BVJ), de R$ 33,00 (trinta e três reais), é pago a todas as famílias do Programa que tenham adolescentes de 16 e 17 anos freqüentando a escola. Cada família pode receber até dois benefícios variáveis vinculados ao adolescente, ou seja, até R$ 66,00 (sessenta e seis reais).
