JAKARTA, Oct. 1 (Xinhua) -- Rescuers from Indonesian military have reached the site of Thursday's plane crash in Bahorok forest of North Sumatra by helicopters and found that all of the 18 people on board have been dead, Head of Search and Rescue Office in North Sumatra Hadi Tugiman told Xinhua by phone on Saturday.
