Arnold Schwarzenegger used state-funded security measures to cover up his many sexual liaisons behind his wife's back, according to his former security supervisor.
The explosive new claims have triggered a criminal investigation into whether or not the former California governor used tax payers' dollars to cover up his extra-marital affairs, reports have claimed.
The California Attorney General's office would not confirm the reports to the MailOnline.
Veteran law enforcement officer William Taylor made the explosive claims exclusively to the National Enquirer and even passed a polygraph test.
More allegations: Schwarzenegger may be the subject of a criminal investigation after his former security advisor made the explosive claims against him

He said the Terminator star used California Highway Patrol officers and vehicles to drive young, scantily-clad women to the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Sacramento on a regular basis.
He claims much of the hotel and the governor's staff knew what was going on but that they were all too scared to speak out or do anything about it as Schwarzenegger had intimidated staff so much that they weren't even allowed to make eye contact with him.
Mr Taylor, who was head of security at the hotel, said: 'It makes me very angry just to think about what was going on at that time.
'On three different occasions after the governor arrived alone at the Hyatt regency, CHP Dignitary Protection Services arrived in their official vehicles - black Ford Crown Sedans - about one to two hours later with one or two young female adults.
'They'd hurriedly escort the women through the service entrance on the second floor parking garage to the elevator that went to the governor's private wing.
'The women looked between 18 to 25 years old, blonde and scantily dressed in club wear.'
Dad on the sly: Schwarzenegger reportedly used security funded by tax payers money to ferry young women in and out of the hotel
Concerns: Vice Chairman of the California Democratic Party Eric Bauman is demanding an official enquiry into the former governor
He told the Enquirer that the women would usually stay two to four hours and either leave through the hotel's main entrance or be driven away by the CHP in the same official vehicles.
He also claimed that two members of staff at the Hyatt were sacked simply because they made eye contact with the star. After that he said, no one dared utter a word about his secret trysts.
'After that the intimidation was complete. other than talking about it among ourselves, no one said anything for fear of losing our jobs,' he said.
The claims are the latest in a long list of accusations against the former governor since he announced his split from his wife of 25 years Maria Shriver earlier this month.
In the dark: Estranged wife Maria Shriver knew nothing about the women the Terminator star allegedly brought to the hotel they were both regular guests in
Shortly afterwards, it emerged that he had fathered a love child with the family's housekeeper and even put a $65,000 down payment on Mildred Baena's family home in Bakersfield, California, to secure a roof over his son's head.
Mr Taylor said he has come forward because he is furious at how the actor - who was governor of California from November 2003 until January 2011 - used him, the hotel security team and the CHP to defraud taxpayers and make a mockery of his family.
He said: 'I'm glad the truth about this guy has finally come out, and I am sure I am not the only one who believes he deserves what happens to him.'
Lawmakers are now calling for an investigation into whether or not the 63-year-old used state money to cover up his extra-marital affairs while he was governor.
Front: The Hyatt Regency Hotel in Sacramento where Schwarzenegger is said to have bullied staff into keeping quiet about his sexual liaisons
Vice-chairman of the California Democratic Party and chairman of the Los Angeles Democratic Party Eric Bauman is demanding an official enquiry into the Republican politician.
He told the Enquirer: 'How does a guy of Arnold Schwarzenegger's stature conceal the fact that a household employee had his child just five days after his wife had his child, and that the woman continued in his employ?
'Clearly media reports have indicated that something had to be done to cover up this extraordinary event, and we are concerned that it could be something that violates the law.
'I am asking for an official inquiry into his campaign committees to see if any campaign money or other funds were used illegally. If something is found out it may be referred to the attorney general's office.'
Though Schwarzenegger refused to accept the $175,000-a-year salary that accompanies the position of governor, it is tax payers money which would have paid for the CHP officers' salary.
Despite Mr Taylor's claims, and the Enquirers insistence he took a polygraphy test, officials from the Hyatt hotel, the CHP and Schwarzenegger's counsel have all denied the allegations.
The actor's counsel Martin Singer said in a statement: 'Today’s story from the National Enquirer is totally and completely false. Unfortunately, the media’s relentless desire for new information has some outlets running stories that are made up by paying sources that have zero credibility.
'My client stated from the beginning that he takes full responsibility for his actions and deserves the public and media criticism. This does not entitle some in the media to be totally irresponsible.'
Retired CHP sergeant Mark Hammond, said: 'I can say without a shadow of a doubt as a supervisor of his protective detail that at no time did I see Governor Schwarzenegger say or do anything that could be deemed inappropriate, and I was at his side for 7 years.
'As a supervisor, if anything had occurred, I would have been notified, even if it was technically off the record on his private time. '
