A ROW over who was next in a McDonald's drive-thru queue left two people DEAD and one seriously injured.
Police in Finland were called to the restaurant in Porvoo at 2am after reports of shots being fired.
The burger bar rage broke out when several motorists tried to access the ordering counter at the same time, according to the eatery's owner.
A man carrying a handgun is then said to have approached another car and fired into the vehicle.
Hannu Nurmi, the franchisee of the restaurant, told the Finnish News Agency none of the restaurant workers had been wounded in the shooting.
He said police were sifting through the restaurant's CCTV footage.
Located about one mile south-west of central Porvoo, in southern Finland, the McDonald's restaurant where the shooting took place is open 24 hours a day.
The victim seriously hurt in the attack has been transferred to a hospital in Helsinki.
Finish police said three of those thought to have been involved in the incident were stopped on a road outside Porvoo and taken into custody.
The victims and the three now in custody did not know each other.
An unregistered semi-automatic handgun, believed to have been used in the shooting, was found in the car.
