Who does not remember the day that São Paulo stopped? It was the month of May the year 2006 election.
From prison, CCP leaders have coordinated attacks in series. On the streets, banditry produced a week of barbarism.
Were 373 attacks. In the official account, 43 dead. The pit were police and prison officers. And marginal outnumbered.
Well. This weekend, right in the election year of 2010, São Paulo lived odd hours.
On Saturday morning (31), Paul tiled, the bigwig of Rota, elite group of Sao Paulo police, was shot by bandits.
Tiled left the garage. Ducked in the car. And survived the attack. Gave interview.
At dawn on Saturday for Sunday (1), ten cars were torched in the East Zone of the capital.
More: ended before dawn, a battalion of Route was shot by two marginal. One was killed and identified. Another ran away.
Mere coincidence or the PCC can tap around the ballot box again? The PSDB Governor Alberto Goldman bet on the first hypothesis:
"I do not believe there is any possibility," Goldman said when asked about the possibility of a repeat of 2006.
"Even that possibility is zero or nearly zero, I think it is our duty to be prepared for any eventuality," he added.
"We are ready and can not believe that, in any form, repeating the episodes we had in 2006." Hopefully!
